We are actively accepting new inquiries. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry. We will reach out to get the ball rolling!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS

We get to know you by learning what is your travel history, what are your unique desires (all of them, we know!), what is on your bucket list, and what are your expectations. We will listen so that we can help to make your dreams come true.

PROPOSALS  + CONFIRMATIONS

We customize trip options and present proposals for you to review. Since every vacation is unique, we use this step to make sure your trip is designed completely to your liking. We will then reserve all the segments of your trip and provide you with confirmations and documents.

DESTINATION bound

While you are enjoying your trip, we are monitoring and managing your travels every step of the way. We provide in destination contact information, if needed. We are also there for you whenever you need any assistance.

Do you charge a fee for your services? 

Customarily, we do not charge a fee for our services. Commission is paid through our preferred suppliers. We may need to charge a fee for unique services or for planning that includes large groups that require extra time and services. If needed, a fee would be discussed in advance.

Do you offer payment plans?

All reservations require a deposit to secure pricing and to hold space. Final payment will be due within 30 - 45 days of travel as determined by the vendor. Multiple payments may be made, as long as the final payment is made by the final due date.   

WHAT TYPES OF TRAVEL DO YOU BOOK?

We often book groups that consists of weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, multi-generational family and friends trips. However, we can design any trip including romantic getaways and solo vacations.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN INITIAL DEPOSIT?

No space is being held without payment. So to ensure the best availability and pricing, you should make a deposit as soon as possible after receiving the quote/proposal.

how happens after i decide to move forward with my proposal?

  • Submit your initial deposit
  • Sign the required terms & conditions
  • Complete the credit card authorization form
  • An itinerary and invoice with the remaining balance and due date of final payment will be sent
  • Travel documents will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

How Can I Request A Change to My Reservation Or My Credit Card Information For My Upcoming Trip?

Please email or call us with the desired change. If allowed, name changes may incur a minimum fee of $50 and will require payment prior to any change.

DO YOU SEND PAYMENT REMINDERS?

Each client will receive an invoice after initial deposit showing the remaining balance and payment due date. A new invoice will also be sent after any additional payments are made. A courtesy payment reminder may be sent for final payment, but it is up to each client to document their calendars for payment due dates.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION?

Itineraries and invoices will be provided with initial bookings for clients to review. Final travel documents will be provided within 2 weeks of travel.
